All church staff members must have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ along with a commitment to develop their daily Christian walk through regular church attendance and consistent spiritual development, and must be willing to fully support the mission and values of LWICC. Some positions may require membership. A criminal background check is conducted on all persons who are offered positions.
